How long will it take from receipt of my application until my first interview?
Normally, you can expect an invitation to an interview within two to four weeks. In any case you will always receive a holding letter to let you know your application has arrived. However, sometimes it takes a little longer to select a shortlist. If you have been waiting for a long time, it's best simply to ring us so that we can let you know the status of your application.

How does the selection process work?
The selection is based essentially on the tried and tested method of interviews.

Are there opportunities for further education and training within the company?
With us, you can grow, learn and develop. After all, the development and advancement of our staff is of crucial importance for the success of our company. We offer our staff a well-devised concept for further education and specialised courses round off your training.

Will Commerzial Treuhand support me in my studies for professional exams?
Yes. For example, members of the tax consultancy team are offered support in their studies for tax consultancy exams: you will be given time off, and in some cases special paid leave. We also provide financial assistance. And if, as a member of the tax consultancy team, you wish to take the professional exams for auditors, we will also support you in this goal, again giving you financial assistance and the necessary leave. The same applies to members of the audit team who wish to sit the chartered accountant exams. Ask us for details.
